This site is owned by MSIDR.COM LLC., which is also referred to as "MSIDR” or “we" or "us" or "the Company" in this document.

By viewing this website or using any of our services, you and the entity you represent (collectively hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the customer") agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions as stated below without modification. If for any reason you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below, please do not access this site or use our services.

Change of Terms

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time and these changes or additions become effective immediately when they become available on the web site. We do not assume the obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service for any changes, and continued use of this site constitutes your consent to these changes.

Age Requirement

We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use the web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSIDR, its advertisers, licensors, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use of this site, or any services, information or products from this site, or any violation of this Agreement.

Third Party Affiliate Programs

The mailing lists we rent are used to advertise various business products, services and programs. None of the companies behind the programs are owned or controlled by us, and we assume no liability whatsoever related to their operations or the claims made in their advertising. Our printing of the postcards is not to be taken as an endorsement of any program or company. We strive to serve everyone impartially and not to evaluate or have an opinion about whatever product or program you choose to promote.

The claims made in the postcards and letters that are mailed to the leads we supply for you are your claims when the postcards are distributed. We do not assume any liability for those claims. It is your responsibility to make sure the claims in the postcard are true for the product or program you are promoting.

Copyright

Any content you submit to us must abide by copyright laws. Unlicensed or misuse of copyrighted material from books, magazines, newspapers, photographs, web content, writers, artists, composers, publishers, and other authors is strictly prohibited. We do not assume the responsibility of checking the content of your submitted materials for copyright violations. Therefore, we will not be held liable for any illegal use of copyrighted material by its clients.

If you submit your own copyrighted postcard design, images, or text to us, you must tell us in a letter or email message that you hold the copyright and you want to reserve that postcard template for yourself and people who are working with you. Otherwise, we will assume that we can print postcards with that design for anyone who requests them.

Order Cancellation

We allow customers to cancel orders prior to fulfillment. Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to info@leadflowmail.com. We will inform you of any charges depending on the stage of the order. Our policy is to ship orders within 1 working days of when they are received.  If you want to cancel and your order has already been processed and shipped there will be a $25 fee to cover the processing, shipping and handling.  Otherwise we will issue a 100% refund. 

Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE ITEM AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFIT.  WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD CUSTOMER PROPERTY (a lien) AS SECURITY FOR UNPAID BILLS.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any party for any reason we deem fit.

Office Hours and Observed Holidays

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM PST, excluding observed holidays.

The following holidays are observed as business holidays. All operations as well as Customer Service are closed on these days. Holidays are excluded from Turn Time.
New Year's Day  -  Memorial Day  -  Independence Day  -  Labor Day  -  Thanksgiving Day  -  the Friday following Thanksgiving  -  Christmas Day

Mailing Services Terms and Conditions

We are not responsible for lost or non-delivered mail. The U.S. Postal Service does not track mail. Our responsibilities end when the U.S. Postal Service accepts the customer’s mailing from us. 

First Class mail takes 1 - 5 days to reach its destination. Standard Class and Non Profit mail take 7 - 20 days to reach its destination. The U.S. Postal Service will not give a refund on postage for non-delivered mail. We are not responsible nor do we guarantee a response to your mailings.

You should understand that any mailing list you rent is privileged and confidential. It should l not be used or sold for any purposes other than your mailing. There are decoys added to detect unathorized usage.
